BruxZir Anterior Solid Zirconia

Anterior 100 % Solid Zirconia (Translucent)

This highly esthetic restorative material is designed specifically to satisfy the esthetic and functional requirements of the anterior region of the mouth. Exhibiting an average flexural strength of 650 MPa with translucency and color similar to natural dentition,  Translucent 100% Zirconia is a strong, esthetic solution for your anterior cases. What’s more, Translucent 100 % Zirconia restorations are kind to natural opposing dentition and require less reduction than monolithic glass ceramic restorations.

bruz

100% Solid Zirconia

is a monolithic zirconia crown, bridge, screw-retained implant crown, inlay or onlay with no porcelain overlay. First launched as being “More Brawn Than Beauty,” the material was originally intended
to provide a durable, more esthetic alternative to posterior metal occlusal PFMs or cast gold restorations for demanding situations like bruxers, implant restorations and areas with limited occlusal space. Now, thanks to the new shaded formulation, 100% Zirconia restorations exhibit improved translucency and color similar to natural dentition, making them a restorative option in the anterior as well. Complete color penetration all the way through the restorations ensures greater shade consistency and prevents any shade changes after occlusal adjustment.

e.max crown

e.max

IPS e.max lithium disilicate restorations exhibit superior durability featuring 360-400 MPa of flexural strength. When fabricated to full-contour, the monolithic structure is the most robust ceramic system tested to date. The opalescence, translucency and light diffusion properties of IPS e.max lithium disilicate were all designed to replicate natural tooth structure for beauty and undetectable restorations.

Procera Zirconia Crown

Zirconia Veneered Core

The strength of the zirconium oxide coping allows porcelain crowns to be used with any conventional crown and bridge cement. Zirconia has a flexural strength and fracture toughness almost twice as high as that of alumina, which makes zirconia very resistant to masticatory forces, while maintaining an exact precision fit.
